Custom faux rock lies at the heart of our craft. Unlike standardised decorative rocks sold in stores, every Poly Rock Concept creation is unique, personalised and tailored to your specific project. Whether you need a 30 cm rock to conceal a meter or a 5-metre rock formation to dress your pool, we craft exactly what you need.

Our bespoke manufacturing process begins with attentive listening to your needs and a technical analysis of your site. We take into account dimensions, architectural style, landscape environment, access constraints and your budget to design a tailor-made artificial rock decor perfectly integrated into its surroundings.

Manufacturing takes place in our workshop in Nice, where every piece is handcrafted from fibreglass-reinforced polyester. Our silicone moulds, taken directly from real rock formations, guarantee absolute realism. Mineral tones are cast throughout the material and hand-patinated for a unique, natural result.

Dimensions and shape

From a small technical cover to a large rock ensemble, we craft faux rocks of every size and shape. Each piece is designed to fit your space perfectly and blend harmoniously into the existing environment.

Texture and relief

Thanks to our library of silicone moulds, we can reproduce different types of rock: limestone, granite, sandstone, basalt, dressed stone… Each combination of moulds creates a unique realistic artificial rock, never identical to another.

Tone and patina

The mineral tones of our faux rocks are fully customisable. From anthracite grey to golden beige, off-white to earthy brown – we reproduce the natural colour that best harmonises with your environment. The final hand-applied patina adds the nuances, veining and weathering effects that give a natural rock its full charm.

Integrated features

Our custom faux rocks can include specific features: access hatches, ventilation, cable routing, lighting placements, water circuits for waterfalls, seating supports. Every functional detail is designed in from the start for a clean, functional result.

Step 1 – Discussion and technical site visit: We discuss your project, your wishes and your budget. A site visit allows us to take measurements, analyse constraints and advise you on the most suitable solutions.

Step 2 – Proposal and quote: We present a detailed proposal including technical description, sketches, timeline and price. The quote is free and comes with no obligation.

Step 3 – Manufacturing: Once approved, production begins in our workshop. Average duration: 2 to 4 weeks depending on project complexity. You are kept informed of progress.

Step 4 – Installation: Our teams install the elements on site with care and precision. Water and electrical connections are made by the client's pool professional or electrician.

Step 5 – Finishing and delivery: Adjustments, patina touch-ups and final cleaning. Your custom faux rock is ready to be admired.

Custom faux rock in polyester is designed for a lifespan of over 20 years. The anti-UV gel coat protects the surface against outdoor aggressions: sun, rain, frost, chlorine and salt.

Maintenance is minimal: cleaning with clear water once or twice a year is enough. Integrated functional elements (hatches, ventilation, cable routing) remain operational throughout the rock's lifespan without particular upkeep.

If your layout changes, our faux rocks can be moved, adjusted or extended. This is a unique advantage over natural stone or concrete, which are permanent and cannot be reconfigured.

A custom faux rock cannot be priced remotely: dimensions, access, support and technical constraints must be seen on site. The price is therefore set on quotation after a technical visit, free of charge in the PACA region. The quote covers manufacturing, transport and installation in PACA. Outside PACA, travel costs are added. Equipment (pump, lighting, electrical hardware) is not supplied unless stated otherwise in the quote.
