A passion turned expertise
Founded in 2009 in Nice, Poly Rock Concept was born from an artisan's passion for faithfully reproducing natural rock. Our founder, backed by training in composite materials and a sharp artistic sensitivity, developed unique molding and patina techniques that have earned us renown across the entire Côte d'Azur.
Every polyester rock we craft is the result of a rigorous artisanal process: silicone impressions taken from real natural rocks, fiberglass-reinforced polyester lamination, marine gel coat application and hand-applied multi-layer patina. The result is a natural stone imitation indistinguishable from real rock.
Based in the heart of the Alpes-Maritimes, we work in Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, Grasse, Saint-Tropez and throughout the PACA region on projects including faux pool rocks, artificial waterfalls, wall cladding, technical enclosures and landscaping.

Our manufacturing process
6 artisanal steps for an exceptional polyester rock, from natural stone to your garden.
Study & Design
On-site technical visit, measurements, 3D modeling and project validation with the client. Every creation is unique and designed to blend perfectly into your environment.
Rock selection
We select the finest natural rocks in the region to create our silicone molds. Limestone, sandstone, granite: each type of stone has its own signature.
Silicone molding
A direct impression is taken from the natural rock using high-performance silicone. This step captures every micro-relief, vein and texture for unmatched realism.
Polyester lamination
Fiberglass-reinforced polyester resin is applied inside the mold. The marine gel coat surface provides anti-UV protection and resistance to chemical aggression.
Artisanal patina
Natural pigments are hand-applied in several layers to reproduce the shades, lichens and color variations of the original rock. Each piece is unique.
Installation & Integration
On-site installation by our team. Mechanical fixing, jointing, fittings and landscape integration for a natural, lasting result. Satisfaction guaranteed.
